Crea agentes inteligentes y seguros con AlloyDB

1. Introducción

En este codelab, compilarás un sistema inteligente de búsqueda y recomendación de sesiones de conferencias con AlloyDB para PostgreSQL y sus capacidades de IA. Explorarás cómo combinar la búsqueda tradicional por palabras clave con la búsqueda avanzada de vectores semánticos, usar QueryData para generar instrucciones SQL predecibles a partir del lenguaje natural y utilizar funciones de operadores inteligentes.

Actividades

  • Implementa un clúster de AlloyDB y habilita las capacidades de IA.
  • Carga un conjunto de datos de conferencias y comprende su estructura.

2. Configuración y requisitos

Configuración del proyecto

Accede a la consola de Google Cloud. Si aún no tienes una cuenta de Gmail o de Google Workspace, debes crear una.

Usar una cuenta personal en lugar de una cuenta laboral o educativa

Crea un proyecto de Google Cloud

  1. En la página del selector de proyectos de la consola de Google Cloud, selecciona o crea un proyecto de Google Cloud.
  2. Asegúrate de que la facturación esté habilitada para tu proyecto de Cloud. Obtén información para verificar si la facturación está habilitada en un proyecto.

Inicia Cloud Shell

Si bien Google Cloud y Spanner se pueden operar de manera remota desde tu laptop, en este codelab usarás Google Cloud Shell, un entorno de línea de comandos que se ejecuta en la nube.

  1. Haz clic en Activar Cloud Shell en la parte superior de la consola de Google Cloud.
  2. Verifica la autenticación:

  1. Confirma tu proyecto:

Presentamos las APIs

  • La API de AlloyDB (alloydb.googleapis.com) te permite crear, administrar y escalar clústeres de AlloyDB para PostgreSQL. Proporciona un servicio de base de datos completamente administrado y compatible con PostgreSQL diseñado para cargas de trabajo empresariales transaccionales y analíticas exigentes.
  • La API de Compute Engine (compute.googleapis.com) te permite crear y administrar máquinas virtuales (VM), discos persistentes y parámetros de configuración de red. Proporciona la base de infraestructura como servicio (IaaS) principal necesaria para ejecutar tus cargas de trabajo y alojar la infraestructura subyacente de muchos servicios administrados.
  • La API de Resource Manager (cloudresourcemanager.googleapis.com) te permite administrar de forma programática los metadatos y la configuración de tu proyecto de Google Cloud. Te permite organizar recursos, controlar políticas de Identity and Access Management (IAM) y validar permisos en toda la jerarquía del proyecto.
  • La API de Service Networking (servicenetworking.googleapis.com) te permite automatizar la configuración de la conectividad privada entre tu red de nube privada virtual (VPC) y los servicios administrados de Google. Se requiere específicamente para establecer el acceso a la IP privada para servicios como AlloyDB, de modo que puedan comunicarse de forma segura con tus otros recursos.
  • La API de Vertex AI (aiplatform.googleapis.com) permite que tus aplicaciones compilen, implementen y escalen modelos de aprendizaje automático. Proporciona la interfaz unificada para todos los servicios de IA de Google Cloud, incluido el acceso a modelos de IA generativa (como Gemini) y el entrenamiento de modelos personalizados.
  • La API de Data Analytics (geminidataanalytics.googleapis.com) permite que tu aplicación use capacidades generales de IA en productos de BI.

4. Aprovisiona AlloyDB

Crea un clúster de AlloyDB y una instancia principal.

Crea un rango de IP privada

AlloyDB requiere un rango de IP privada en tu VPC. Si suponemos que usas la red de VPC default, haz lo siguiente:

  1. Crea el rango de IP privada:

Habilita la autenticación de IAM

En el caso de nuestras herramientas basadas en agentes, debes habilitar la autenticación de IAM en la instancia y, luego, agregarte como usuario.

6. Prepara la base de datos de muestra

Conéctate a AlloyDB Studio

  1. Navega a la página AlloyDB para PostgreSQL en la consola de Google Cloud.
  2. Haz clic en tu instancia principal.
  3. En la navegación lateral izquierda, haz clic en AlloyDB Studio.
  4. Selecciona la base de datos postgres.
  5. Autenticar con IAM database authentication

Crea una base de datos

Ejecuta el siguiente código SQL en el editor de consultas:

Cambia a la base de datos conference_db de la siguiente manera:

  1. Haz clic en el botón Current user en la parte superior izquierda de la pantalla AlloyDB studio.
  2. Haz clic en el botón Switch user/database.

Habilita pgvector

Asegúrate de que la extensión estándar vector esté habilitada:

7. Habilita AI Query Engine

Antes de usar las funciones basadas en IA, debes habilitar el motor de consultas basado en IA en tu base de datos.

Ejecuta el siguiente código SQL en AlloyDB Studio (contexto de conference_db):

8. Usa funciones de IA (operadores)

Ahora, usemos el filtrado y la puntuación semánticos basados en IA con las funciones ai.if y ai.rank.

Filtrado semántico con ai.if

La concordancia de texto estándar podría no registrar sesiones si la palabra clave exacta no está presente. Busquemos sesiones sobre "IA generativa" con ai.if.

Ejecuta el siguiente código SQL en AlloyDB Studio:

Puntuación semántica con ai.rank

Calificaremos las sesiones según su nivel de dificultad para principiantes. Podemos usar ai.rank para la puntuación semántica.

Esto es útil para crear recomendaciones personalizadas para los asistentes a la conferencia según su perfil.

9. Implementa la búsqueda híbrida

La búsqueda híbrida combina la precisión de la búsqueda por palabras clave (léxica) con la comprensión contextual de la búsqueda de vectores (semántica). Crearemos índices para ambos y usaremos la fusión de clasificación recíproca (RRF) para combinar los resultados.

Habilita el análisis

Asegúrate de que las extensiones scann y rum estén habilitadas:

Crea índices

Dado que nuestro esquema usa una columna generada para las incorporaciones (full_description_embedding), estas se calculan automáticamente cuando se insertan. Solo necesitamos crear los índices adecuados para una recuperación rápida.

Crea un índice de RUM (índice de FTS) para la búsqueda de palabras clave de texto completo y un índice de ScaNN para la búsqueda rápida de similitud de vectores.

10. Trabaja con QueryData en AlloyDB Studio

AlloyDB AI te permite usar QueryData para generar instrucciones SQL precisas y predecibles a partir de entradas en lenguaje natural. En esta sección, aprenderás a crear un contexto de QueryData (plantillas) y probarlo directamente en AlloyDB Studio.

Crea un contexto de QueryData

El contexto de QueryData es un archivo JSON con plantillas y facetas de búsqueda que proporcionan los datos y las instrucciones necesarios para que el modelo de IA use las consultas o las partes de consultas de SQL correctas.

Veamos un ejemplo de contexto JSON diseñado para nuestro esquema de conferencias. Ten en cuenta que nos aseguramos de que los nombres de las tablas coincidan con nuestro esquema (p.ej., public.session).

Carga el contexto de QueryData en AlloyDB Studio

Para usar nuestro contexto de datos de consultas, debemos subirlo a nuestra base de datos a través de AlloyDB Studio.

  1. Abre AlloyDB Studio en la consola de Google Cloud.
  2. En el panel izquierdo, en la parte inferior, verás Context sets y tres puntos.
  3. Haz clic en él y elige Crear conjunto de contexto.
  4. Completa el diálogo:
    • Nombre: conference_context
    • Descripción: Conference Sessions QueryData Context
    • Upload context file: Sube el archivo JSON creado con el contenido anterior.
  5. Guárdala

Prueba el contexto de QueryData

Una vez que lo subas, podrás probarlo directamente en AlloyDB Studio.

  1. Haz clic en los tres puntos junto al contexto que acabas de crear y elige Probar el conjunto de contexto (o usa la píldora de Gemini en el editor de consultas y selecciona este contexto).
  2. En la instrucción de generación de SQL de Gemini, escribe una consulta en lenguaje natural que coincida con nuestra plantilla:

  3. Genera el código SQL y verifica que coincida con la plantilla que proporcionamos.
  4. Prueba una búsqueda parametrizada cambiando "Avanzado" a "Principiante" en tu instrucción de lenguaje natural y observa si se adapta.

11. Limpia

Borra el clúster de AlloyDB

Para evitar que se apliquen cargos a tu cuenta de Google Cloud, borra los recursos que creaste durante este codelab.

Ejecuta los siguientes comandos en Cloud Shell para borrar el clúster de AlloyDB (esto también borrará la instancia):
